June 15th - Routing Problems this morning
Notice: The datacenter had a few routing problems this morning and cause some problems with routing to our cabinet. The issues were all fixed within 15min. If you still have any problems please let us know.
May 14th, 2011 - Main Router Replaced
Notice: The main router in the datacenter has been replaced and is working fine. We will be installing a backup router the weekend of the 4th of july.
May 9, 2011 - Main Router Died
Notice: The main router in the datacenter died today about 2:30pm, we worked with the guys in the datacenter to bypass main router. Once We bypassed the router and reconfigured a few networks we were able restore connections to all the servers. It was restored about 3:10pm. This is just a temporary/backup solution.
This router is being taken out of commission till the replacement comes in. We are scheduled to get a replacement in
tomorrow. We are planning on installing the router this weekend, there is no rush now that we are running on the backup. We
don't want to risk any more interruptions this week.
We are also in the process of ordering a backup router so if this should ever happen again we can shutdown the main router and use the backup much quicker then what happened today. If you have any questions about this please feel free to give us a call.

April 30, 2011 - Routing Problems
Notice: Our provider seems to be having a problem with a few routes. If you are having problems sending or recieving e-mail it is due to this issue. We currently have a ticket in with them and are working on this problem. We expect this to be fixed soon.
